No Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each set is handmade to order and designed specifically for you.

Faulty Items:
If there is an issue with your nails due to a fault in craftsmanship, we will work with you to resolve the issue by fixing or replacing the faulty nail(s) at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Sizing:

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, as all nails are made to order.
• We strongly encourage you to purchase a sizing kit before placing an order to ensure the best fit.

Sizing Guide Disclaimer:

• Our sizing guide provides general measurements; however, it may not account for unique nail bed shapes such as flat or high-arched nail beds.
