Choosing the right nail shape depends on your personal style and your natural nail shape. Common shapes include coffin, almond, square, and stiletto. If you're unsure, we recommend starting with an coffin or almond shape, as these tend to suit most people. If you need more guidance, feel free to contact us!

Please note: The Short Almond shape is not suitable for all nail types due to its triangular shape. It is best suited for short, wide nail beds. If you choose the Short Almond shape and it is not suitable for your nail shape, it will be changed to the Medium Almond shape.

There are 3 ways to get your nail sizes:

1. Sizing Chart: This is for pre-made nails and provides a rough guide for sizing. It’s best for standard nail shapes but may not be accurate for custom nails.
2. Sizing Kit: For custom-sized nails, we highly encourage you to purchase a sizing kit beforehand. The kit includes sample nails that help you determine the most accurate size for your custom set.
3. Hand & Ruler Method: If you do not purchase the Sizing Kit for custom nails, you can measure your nails with a ruler and attach an image of your hand next to the ruler. However, please note that measuring your nails this way carries risks, and we cannot guarantee accuracy. If measurements are incorrect, we cannot offer a refund or size exchange.

If you find that your nails don’t fit correctly, we’re happy to assist you. Since each set is made to order, we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizes. For the best fit, we highly encourage you to purchase a Sizing Kit before placing an order.

We do not accept refunds unless your nails are faulty. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will try our best to fix the issue. Since our nails are custom-made to your order, we cannot offer refunds for size issues.
